We're looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organised Concierge to take ownership of one of our busiest floors at Television Centre, home to several global teams and members of our EMEA Senior Management Committee.\nThis is far more than a reception role.\nYou'll be the trusted go-to person for colleagues, visitors, and senior leaders, creating a welcoming environment where people feel supported and everything runs smoothly. Whether you're greeting international visitors, helping a new starter settle in, coordinating meeting spaces, or jumping in to assist with an unexpected request, you'll be someone people can rely on every day.\nIf you love helping others, enjoy variety, and take pride in delivering exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you.\nResponsibilities\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nYou'll have the opportunity to make a real impact by supporting the people, spaces, and experiences that keep our floor running at its best.\nYou'll be responsible for:\nCreating a seamless and memorable visitor experience, from pre-arrival arrangements through to welcoming and hosting guests onsite\nActing as the main point of contact for colleagues, clients, and visitors on the 9th Floor\nManaging day-to-day floor operations, including supplies, lockers, post, couriers, and transport arrangements\nWorking closely with hospitality and facilities teams to ensure meeting rooms are set up perfectly, including catering and room requirements\nPerforming meeting room and AV checks to ensure spaces are ready for use\nCommunicating important updates and maintaining distribution lists across the floor\nSupporting the planning and delivery of team events, activities, and workplace initiatives\nWelcoming new joiners, providing floor tours, and helping them feel at home from day one\nBuilding strong relationships across the business and contributing to a collaborative \"One Team\" culture\nGoing the Extra Mile\nWe're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and is happy to roll up their sleeves when needed.\nIn this role, you'll also:\nProvide ad hoc support to visiting international executives and senior leaders\nAssist the wider PA community with tasks such as bookings, printing, research, administration, and logistics\nBecome the trusted, familiar face on the floor that everyone knows and relies upon\nSupport a wide variety of requests, often balancing multiple priorities at once\nLook for opportunities to improve processes and elevate the workplace experience for everyone\nQualifications\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe're less interested in finding someone who has done this exact role before and more interested in finding someone with the right mindset and is customer-focused.\nYou'll bring:\nSomeone who is warm, approachable, and professional\nA genuine passion for helping people and delivering excellent service\nExposure to front-of-house, reception, hospitality, concierge, or customer-facing roles\nA positive, can-do mindset and willingness to support wherever needed\nStrong organisational skills and great attention to detail\nThe ability to juggle multiple tasks while remaining calm and professional\nConfidence working with colleagues at all levels, including senior stakeholders\nThe ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player\n\nAdditional Information\nWhy Join Us?\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of a vibrant global workplace at the heart of Publicis Groupe.
