Individuals should possess strong conceptual and design skills and assist the Creative Director in improving the conceptual, technical and creative performance of staff within their group.\nResponsibilities\nPartner with art directors, planning, and account team to provide creative, strategically sound solutions for client, in-house and new business needs\nOwn projects, beginning to end\nWrite and reference promotional material without supervision\nConstantly look for new, compelling copy presentation\nStrong understanding and experience in annotating\nSupervise and direct copy written by junior writers or copywriters\nClearly communicate information and direction to other writers as well as suppliers, freelancers, and editorial staff.\nParticipate in client meetings and presentations\nPresent work in an organized and interesting manner\nYou know the goals of every program that you work on and communicate those goals to the team consistently\nYou understand the needs, motivations, and aspirations relevant to your audiences\nQualifications\nFour year degree\n6-8 years’ experience\nCreative agency experience desired; pharma agency, preferred\nHCP writing experience required\nSolid understanding of marketing and advertising principles\nStrong experience on large cross-channel and/or direct marketing initiatives across mediums\nExperience with online and offline media preferred\nCandidate must be open to travel as needed\nAdditional Information\nOur Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
