Overview

We're looking for a Delivery Lead (Technical) to lead the successful delivery of large-scale technical programs across some of our most important client partnerships. This position leads complex technical programs spanning UX, technology and data while partnering with senior stakeholders to shape delivery strategy and outcomes.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who combines technical delivery expertise, commercial acumen and strong people leadership to turn strategy into high-impact digital solutions.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs across the full software delivery lifecycle, from discovery and planning through to build, testing and release.
• Partnering with senior client stakeholders to define priorities, align teams and drive confident decision-making.
• Facilitating workshops that uncover business needs, prioritise opportunities and shape delivery roadmaps.
• Working closely with UX, Data and Technology teams to deliver outcomes that balance business value, customer needs and technical feasibility.
• Taking ownership of commercial performance through forecasting, budgeting, scope management and delivery governance.
• Coaching Project Managers, improving delivery maturity and driving innovation, including the adoption of AI-enabled delivery practices.

Qualifications

About You

We know great candidates bring experience from many different backgrounds, so we're more interested in your capabilities and potential than a perfect match to every requirement. You will likely bring:

• 7+ years' experience delivering complex technical, digital or product-led programs.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across UX, engineering, technology and data functions.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery, product development and software delivery methodologies.
• Proven capability managing enterprise-scale programs, stakeholders, budgets and commercial outcomes.
• Experience facilitating workshops, roadmap planning and prioritisation sessions.
• Expertise with delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Monday.com or similar platforms.
