This position leads complex technical programs spanning UX, technology and data while partnering with senior stakeholders to shape delivery strategy and outcomes.\nThis is a senior leadership role for someone who combines technical delivery expertise, commercial acumen and strong people leadership to turn strategy into high-impact digital solutions.\nResponsibilities\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nLeading the end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs across the full software delivery lifecycle, from discovery and planning through to build, testing and release. \nPartnering with senior client stakeholders to define priorities, align teams and drive confident decision-making. \nFacilitating workshops that uncover business needs, prioritise opportunities and shape delivery roadmaps. \nWorking closely with UX, Data and Technology teams to deliver outcomes that balance business value, customer needs and technical feasibility. \nTaking ownership of commercial performance through forecasting, budgeting, scope management and delivery governance.\nCoaching Project Managers, improving delivery maturity and driving innovation, including the adoption of AI-enabled delivery practices.\nQualifications\nAbout You\nWe know great candidates bring experience from many different backgrounds, so we're more interested in your capabilities and potential than a perfect match to every requirement.
