Be found.\nOverview\nThe Client Operations Director will oversee operational efforts for a client business, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in agency operations. This role covers financial oversight, reporting, process development, project management, communication flow, and best practices. The ideal candidate possesses an analytical mindset, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to organize and track multiple projects simultaneously. Adaptability, resourcefulness, and a solution-oriented approach are essential in this fast-paced environment.\nResponsibilities\nFinancial Oversight & Reporting:Manage client financials across teams, troubleshoot issues, and act as a liaison for client communication.\n\nScope & Staff Planning:Oversee hours reporting, pacing, and scope of work management.\nMonitor scope agreements to prevent scope creep and maintain focus on key deliverables.\nAssist with scope tracking, change orders, and understanding contractual arrangements.\n\nProject ManagementCreate and manage master project plans for large-scale initiatives and cross-functional teams.\nTrack key project milestones, address challenges, and ensure timely execution of deliverables.\nProvide consistent status updates to internal and external stakeholders.\n\nProcess Development & ManagementDesign new systems, processes, and tools for integrated work.\nIdentify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.\nDrive compliance and champion change management for new processes.\nDevelop training materials to document and instill best practices.\nConduct lessons learned and process improvement reviews for ongoing enhancement.\n\n Leadership & CollaborationAct as the primary operational support contact for business leads.\nBuild bridges across multiple agency teams, fostering collaboration in dynamic environments.\nProactively identify and remove barriers to project success.\nImprove client and team interactions, enhancing collaborative dynamics.\nEstablish and roll out best practices, systems, and tools for the organization.\n\nQualifications\nMinimum of 7+ years in operations or project management in a media agency setting with experience managing financials & scoping\n3+ years people management experience\n3+ years managing internal stakeholders + client relationships including procurement\nExpertise in Microsoft Office Suite and other PM-related tools such as Workfront, JIRA, SmartSheets\nExperience managing large scale digital, media or pharma projects\nExperience in financial management, project planning, and process development\nAdditional Information\nOur Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
