United by our core values and our purpose of helping people thrive in the brave pursuit of next, our 20,000+ people in 53 offices around the world combine experience across technology, data sciences, consulting, and customer obsession to accelerate our clients’ businesses through designing the products and services their customers truly value.\nOverview\nEngineering Manager - Full Stack\nAs a Manager, Full Stack Software Engineering and AI, you will lead the design and delivery of modern, cloud-native and AI-enabled digital products for our clients.\nYou will combine strong technical expertise with people leadership, guiding multidisciplinary engineering teams while remaining closely connected to architecture, system design, engineering quality and complex technical problem-solving.\nWorking with product leaders, architects, experience teams, AI specialists and client stakeholders, you will translate business needs into scalable, secure and impactful technology solutions.\nYour Impact\nLead the architecture and delivery of large-scale, cloud-native and AI-enabled applications.\nManage, coach and develop high-performing software engineering teams.\nProvide technical leadership across backend, frontend, cloud, APIs and integration architecture.\nGuide teams working with .NET/C#, Java, Python, Node.js, React and TypeScript.\nDesign scalable solutions using microservices, APIs, distributed systems and event-driven architectures.\nIntegrate generative AI, large language models and intelligent automation into enterprise products and workflows.\nEstablish engineering standards across code quality, security, automated testing, observability and CI/CD.\nPartner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to communicate architecture decisions, trade-offs and delivery risks.\nPromote responsible AI practices addressing security, privacy, accuracy, bias and human oversight.\nQualifications\nStrong full-stack software engineering experience, with technical depth in one or more of .NET/C#, Java, Python or Node.js.\nExperience developing modern frontend applications using React, TypeScript and JavaScript.\nProven experience leading and developing engineers as an Engineering Manager, Software Development Manager, Technical Lead or equivalent.\nStrong knowledge of cloud-native architecture, microservices, APIs, Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD.\nExperience designing and delivering scalable, reliable and secure enterprise applications.\nExperience integrating AI, machine learning or generative AI capabilities into digital products.\nFamiliarity with large language models, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings or vector search.\nStrong communication and client-facing stakeholder-management skills.\nCloud and AI Experience\nExperience designing and deploying applications on Google Cloud Platform is strongly preferred, including services such as Google Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL and Vertex AI.\nExperience with Gemini, BigQuery, Document AI or other enterprise AI platforms is highly desirable.
