Sitting at the heart of the client relationship, you'll help connect strategy, activation and operations, ensuring outstanding work is delivered seamlessly and effectively. If you enjoy building relationships, driving projects forward and making an impact within a supportive team environment, we'd love to hear from you.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nCoordinate the delivery of campaigns across multiple international markets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.\nBuild strong relationships with clients and internal teams, becoming a trusted day-to-day point of contact.\nSupport the development and execution of media plans, briefs, reporting and strategic initiatives.\nMonitor campaign and operational processes, identifying risks and helping teams navigate challenges effectively.\nPartner closely with activation, investment, performance and operations teams to drive collaboration and best practice.\nSupport financial and operational management, including purchase orders, billing processes and workflow tracking.\nContribute to innovation, process improvements and the adoption of AI and technology solutions that enhance productivity.\nSkills we're looking for:\nExperience managing digital media campaigns within an agency, media or marketing environment.\nStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.\nKnowledge of key digital channels including paid social, search and programmatic media.\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills with a collaborative approach.\nAbility to identify challenges, propose solutions and maintain momentum across projects.\nExperience mentoring, supporting or guiding colleagues within a team environment.\nCuriosity for emerging technology, data-led marketing and AI-enabled ways of working.\nQualifications\nWhat are we looking for?\nAdditional Information\nStarcom offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees.
