This role offers the opportunity to learn the end-to-end trade lifecycle, including trade matching, settlement, and integrations with vendors and custodians, while supporting business-critical applications and driving operational excellence.Responsibilities\nProvide production support for Trade Operations technology applications.\nInvestigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application and data issues.\nPerform root cause analysis and coordinate issue resolution across teams.\nWork closely with business users, developers, vendors, and custodians.\nAct as the primary coordinator during production incidents.\nIdentify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve support processes and operational efficiency.\nRequired Skills\nStrong Java and SQL skills.\nUnderstanding of application support, debugging, and problem-solving techniques.\nKnowledge of AI-enabled engineering tools and practices.\nExcellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nNice to Have, but must learn on the Job\nAWS.\nJavaScript and/or React.\nExposure to Financial Services or Capital Markets.\nKey Attributes\nStrong ownership mindset and accountability.\nPassion for problem solving and continuous learning.\nAbility to remain calm and lead during production incidents.\nStrong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.\nTeam player with a customer-first attitude.\nAdditional Information\nPay Range: $80,000 - $100,000\nThe range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient.
