Reporting to the TAAG & Corporate Finance Manager, you will take ownership of a broad international scope combining entity controlling, financial planning, cross-market recharge management and business partnering.\nYou will be responsible for the end-to-end finance processes currently managed within the TAAG and Corporate Finance perimeter. This includes the financial management of DE3774, coordination of the TAAG Cost+ model, oversight of Global Media service recharges and close collaboration with operational and finance teams across markets.\nThis is a visible, hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning complex data and processes into clear financial insight, reliable execution and practical improvements. You will gain exposure to senior stakeholders and contribute directly to the quality, transparency and scalability of Global Media's finance operations.\nWhy this role stands out\nInternational skills\nResponsibilities\nKey Responsibilities\nFinancial Controlling & Planning\nOwn the monthly financial reporting and controlling activities for the DE3774 entity, covering costs, recharges and related financial flows.\nPrepare monthly management accounts, P&L analysis, balance sheet reconciliations and clear explanations of key variances.\nLead the monthly rolling forecast, including confirmed and pipeline personnel costs, operating expenses, recharge assumptions and HFM submissions.\nSupport annual budget and periodic forecast cycles, coordinating inputs and follow-up with relevant stakeholders.\nPartner with HR and Payroll teams on headcount and salary reconciliations, investigate discrepancies and post required journals.\nCoordinate Groupe reporting requests, including short-term forecasts, variance analysis and resolution of reporting mismatches.\nSupport statutory and internal audits and complete quarterly internal-control self-assessments.\nImprove reporting quality, forecasting accuracy, documentation and financial governance.\nTAAG Cost+ Model\nCoordinate the end-to-end collection of digital-spend data with Global TAAG, regional controllers, market finance teams and PGD.\nChallenge and reconcile submitted data to support completeness, consistency and alignment between operational and finance sources.\nCalculate the Cost+ recharge, validate the outputs and communicate results clearly to markets.\nCoordinate the related purchase-order and billing requirements and monitor recharge execution through completion.\nOrganise regular status reviews, track open items and support stakeholders in resolving data, allocation or invoicing issues.\nDrive greater transparency, standardisation and efficiency across the process, including opportunities for automation.\nGlobal Media Service Recharges & PGD Enablement\nWork with PGD Enablement and Global Media stakeholders to assess rechargeable costs and confirm the appropriate allocation to markets.\nOversee the recharge-out process, from cost validation and supporting documentation through invoicing and follow-up.\nHelp market finance and local operations teams understand recharge methodologies, financial impacts and required actions.\nMaintain clear process documentation, controls and audit trails across recharge activities.\nBusiness Partnering & Team Coordination\nAct as a trusted finance partner to Global TAAG operational teams and Global Media stakeholders.\nBuild effective relationships with finance teams across regions and communicate complex financial topics in a clear, practical way.\nPresent financial analysis, risks, actions and recommendations with confidence and strong business judgement.\nCoordinate and support one offshore PGD team member responsible for purchase-order and billing activities.\nContribute to knowledge sharing, process transformation and continuous-improvement initiatives across the wider finance team.\nQualifications\nWhat You'll Bring\nExperience\nPrevious relevant experience in financial controlling, FP&A, audit or accounting.\nHands-on experience in management reporting, forecasting, P&L analysis and balance sheet reconciliation.\nExperience working in a complex, international or multi-stakeholder organisation.\nExposure to cost allocations, intercompany recharges, shared services or similar finance processes is advantageous.\nExperience coordinating a remote or offshore resource is a plus.\nTechnical & Professional Skills\nStrong analytical skills and confidence working with large and detailed datasets.\nAdvanced Excel capability, including financial models, reconciliations and data analysis.\nGood understanding of ERP and financial planning systems such as SAP and Hyperion, or equivalent tools.\nProfessional fluency in English, with clear written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and remain composed in a
