This newly created position will centralize support for Canadian pitches led by Zenith and, where capacity permits, provide additional support to the broader Publicis Media team.\nResponsibilities\nLead local Zenith new business pitches and provide Canadian market support for global pitches, including the development of RFI and RFP responses, pitch collateral, and on-site meeting coordination. \nLead the transition and onboarding of new clients, serving as the primary client contact for organizational coordination. \nMaintain accurate agency reporting using key industry tools and platforms, including Salesforce, COMvergence, and RECMA. \nDevelop a strong understanding of Publicis Media and Publicis Groupe capabilities and collaborate with subject-matter experts across these organizations to source relevant content and expertise. \nManage internal and external award submissions, including Strategy Agency of the Year and the Media Innovation Awards. \nKeep Zenith leadership team up to date on all new business processes and operations. \nQualifications\nA minimum of 2-3 years of relevant professional experience. \nA diploma or degree in project management, or a related field, is considered an asset but is not required. \nPrevious experience supporting new business pitches or working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. \nExperience in cross-media planning, with digital and programmatic planning capabilities strongly preferred. \nExperience using Microsoft Suite tools and AI innovation such as Copilot. \nStrong cultural awareness, sensitivity, and the ability to collaborate effectively across markets and teams. \nConfidence navigating complex organizations and working effectively with stakeholders at all levels; able to articulate a clear point of view and present with credibility to senior audiences. \nExcellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and competing priorities. \nExceptional written communication skills, with the ability to develop polished, pitch-ready materials and capture clear, accurate meeting notes. \nWillingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally, including occasional weekends, and to work flexibly when required. \nAdditional Information\nWe’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications.
