You will work closely with internal teams and agencies to ensure data quality, timely request processing, and compliance with local, global, and legal requirements.This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who combines strong analytical skills with a collaborative approach and is comfortable working with data, processes, and multiple stakeholders.\nResponsibilities\nManage day-to-day client and vendor master data activities.\nProcess requests for new records and data modifications accurately and within agreed timelines.\nVerify data completeness and compliance with local and global standards.\nInvestigate data inconsistencies, identify root causes, and support corrective actions.\nCooperate with agencies and internal stakeholders to maintain high data quality.\nBuild effective working relationships with SSC teams, media houses, advertising agencies, and internal customers.\nCollaborate closely with other SSC departments.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation.\nMaintain process documentation and update procedures following process changes.\nPrepare reports requested by agencies or team leaders, including KPI and activity reports.\nSupport data maintenance across relevant financial systems in line with established procedures.\nAssist with internal and external audit requests by collecting documentation and providing required data.\nDeliver assigned tasks efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with agreed KPIs and deadlines.\nSupport additional projects and tasks assigned by the Team Leader or Manager.\nQualifications\nPrevious experience in master data, finance operations, shared services, administration, or a similar data-focused role.\nGood understanding of data management principles and the importance of data accuracy.\nStrong attention to detail and a structured, quality-focused approach.\nAbility to analyse data, identify inconsistencies, and resolve issues.\nGood organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.\nStrong communication and stakeholder-management skills.\nAbility to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.\nConfidence working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.\nExperience with ERP or financial systems would be an advantage.\nGood command of English and Polish, both written and
