You partner closely with Media professionals to support paid media services and cross-functional teams. This challenging and rewarding act of building worlds starts with four simple tasks that you will do every day.\nResponsibilities\nResponsibilities:\nThe Media Supervisor position is responsible for development of the overall media strategy and the hands-on tactical implementation of client accounts in order to work within budget, stay within deadlines and achieve overall client satisfaction. This includes maintaining strong relationships with both the clients and account management and recommending strategic and tactical changes to the marketing mix as appropriate.\nWork across a team of media professionals and oversee the development of all media planning, optimization and campaign performance \nCultivate a strong understanding of the client’s business, competition industry, marketing goals, and objectives \nIdentify specific media strategies and develop comprehensive media plans that deliver on those strategies \nPrepare and present media recommendations including objectives, strategy, channel rationale, KPIs and all backup materials \nOversee the development, timing and accuracy of all planning deliverables \nDemonstrate initiative by researching and identifying valuable information/insight to improve media offerings \nIdentify, sell, and execute new media communication opportunities \nStay current with industry trends, best practices and discuss potential impact with media team \nQualifications\nYou Have These:\nMust have 3+ years media planning experience in a media agency \nExperience in traditional media platforms (TV, Print, Out of Home, and Radio) \nExperience with MediaOcean Prisma and media buying platforms.\nFamiliarity with billing reconciliation and media financial management.\nExperience working in an integrated fashion with Account and Creative teams \nKnowledge and understanding of tools and resources such as ComSource, Strata, DCM, MRI, Nielsen/Scarborough, Arbitron, Kantar, etc. \nProficient in Microsoft office suite, with particularly strong excel skills \nComfortable with Macs and Keynote \nMust be resourceful, demonstrate strong attention to detail, follow-through skills and the ability to work independently \nAdditional Information\nOur Publicis Groupe motto “Viva La Différence” means we’re better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger.
