In return, we offer the caring, friendly, and supportive environment of a mid-sized agency, backed up by the limitless opportunities and resources of Publicis Groupe.\nAbout you\nYou bring strong creative experience in visual design, ideation, and execution, ideally gained within an agency or fast-paced design environment.\nWith an exceptional eye for detail, an interest in AI, artistic flair, and clear communication skills, you champion design craft while collaborating effortlessly with other designers, copywriters, and cross-functional teams.\nResponsibilities\nThe Role & Responsibilities\nAs a midweight designer, you will play a key role in delivering customer communications across email, social, and print, working heavily within CRM platforms using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.\nYour work will span everything from sensitive customer updates to celebratory campaigns, requiring you to create bespoke concepts in line with our brand. You will work closely with senior designers to develop and maintain our template system.\nBeyond hands-on execution, you will manage creative timelines, partner with department leads, and present concepts in stakeholder meetings to bring high-impact, brand-aligned visual assets to life.\nThis will include\n- Print (DM/Brochure/Comms)\n- Digital/Online Assets\n- Digital marketing and email creative\n- Plus… so much more,,,\nQualifications\nAbout you\n· Experience working at a creative agency or in-house studio.\n· An outstanding portfolio of published work spanning different channels, from print to digital,\nincluding, branding, motion, illustration, landing pages, and reports.\n· After Effects and other Adobe suite desirable.\n· The ability to think creatively, present ideas, and articulate the thinking behind them.\n· Excellent attention to detail.\n· Quick and calm thinking skills.\n· Confidence in multi-tasking, managing your workload, and delivering projects on time and on\nbrief.\n· Independent problem-solving skills.\n· An open-mind and are receptive to feedback.\n· A passion for learning and teaching others.\n· Ambition and a drive for high standards.\n· A positive attitude, excellent communication and listening skills, and the initiative to compromise\nwhen necessary.\nAdditional Information\nLeSHOP offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees.
