You should have a desire to transform companies by creating beautiful, intuitive, and human-centred products and experiences.\nYou will be tuned into all aspects of South African popular culture and the platforms and media it plays in, as well as have a strong point of view on what it takes to win in this space.\nResponsibilities\nDesign social media and digitally led creative, utilizing animation and digital design best practices with a good technical understanding for outputting files in the correct format, size (data and dimensions) with visual accuracy.\nBe able to work methodically and according to brief and brand specification.\nBe able break down brief requirements and timeously flag any potential issues that may arise.\nCreate presentation decks to showcase work.\nBe able to collect and file artwork work correctly for archiving and handovers.\nBe able to accurately capture time against completed briefs.\nDefine or apply the aesthetic of overall campaigns\nManage multiple projects simultaneously\nDesign across multiple channels\nConsistently produce creative elements against a deliverables list\nParticipate in brainstorms & conceptualisation\nLead the craft & design of your idea\nQualifications\nOPERATIONAL KPI’S\nAbility of design work (Show minimum of 4 examples)\nMust show an understanding of various programmes\nWorking knowledge of these tools\nIllustrator\nPhotoshop\nAfter Effects and Adobe Creative Suite\nKeyNote / PowerPoint \n3D Animation & Production (Advantageous)\nBUSINESS KPI’s\nMust be able to work on one sizable and one medium size project at any one time.\nHave the ability to attend every review on a project with 3 new ideas.\nTHE PERSON\nGreat time management\nMust have a minimum of three years of experience\nAbility to work under pressure & meet tight deadlines\nAdopt problem solving skills\nStrong communication skills with ability to provide rationales for creative choices made\nStrong presentation skills\nWorking knowledge of existing and emerging technologies & platforms\nA strong understanding of best practice interaction and visual design principles\nAn understanding of Strategic processes\nAble to work with team members\nAdditional Information\nCOMPANY VALUES\nTRUSTTrust is the cornerstone upon which we build our relationships.
