Predictively performing content that unlocks business growth in unprecedented ways.\nOverview\nIn Bogotá, Colombia, we are looking for a PMO Coordinator with 1 to 2 years of experience in Project Management within an agency or marketing-related environment. Their mission will focus on supporting Project Managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of omnichannel marketing projects, ensuring timelines, milestones, tasks, and project documentation are properly managed. They will work closely with internal teams across Business Leadership, Creative, Strategy, and Project Management, using Adobe Workfront to maintain project workflows, track critical milestones, identify risks, and ensure creative assets are delivered on time and according to requirements.\nResponsibilities\nSupport Project Managers with the creation, maintenance, and distribution of project timelines and schedules.\nBuild and maintain projects in Adobe Workfront, ensuring dates, milestones, and tasks are properly assigned and tracked.\nAttend project meetings, document key decisions, and capture actions and risks.\nCollaborate with internal teams to ensure creative assets are delivered on time, error-free, and according to requirements.\nTrack and monitor critical project milestones in partnership with Project Managers.\nSupport the creation and maintenance of PMO documentation, governance materials, and templates.\nQualifications\nHighly organized and detail-oriented.\nStrong follow-up and communication skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications.\nComfortable managing multiple timelines and project documentation.\nGenuine curiosity for creativity, storytelling, and brand execution.\nInterest in developing a long-term career in Project/Program Management.\nAdditional Information\nWe offer benefits such as hybrid work, employee fund, life insurance, and a birthday day off.
