The role acts as the bridge between clients and internal Product, Engineering, Marketing and Operations teams, ensuring successful delivery, stakeholder alignment, AI adoption and continuous improvement.\nResponsibilities\nKey Responsibilities\nClient Onboarding & Enablement\nOwn end-to-end onboarding from account setup through successful go-live.\nConfigure client accounts, user roles and permissions.\nDevelop onboarding plans and ensure timely implementation.\nDeliver tailored training sessions for business and technical users.\nCreate onboarding guides, knowledge base articles, FAQs and documentation.\nClient Success & Adoption\nDrive platform adoption and long-term client success.\nMonitor usage metrics and identify adoption gaps.\nConduct regular client reviews and recommend new platform capabilities.\nBuild trusted relationships with client stakeholders.\nProduct & Delivery Management\nCoordinate multiple client implementations and enablement initiatives.\nPartner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Creative, Finance and Operations teams.\nTrack timelines, risks, dependencies and delivery milestones.\nSupport Agile delivery methodologies including Scrum ceremonies and backlog prioritization.\nEnsure quality documentation, reporting and governance throughout delivery.\nAI Enablement\nEnable clients to leverage AI-powered capabilities within the platform.\nPromote AI-driven workflow automation and productivity improvements.\nCapture client feedback to influence future product enhancements.\nQualifications\nSkills & Experience\nRequired Experience: 5-10 years\nMust Have\n5-10 years of experience in Client Success, Product Management, Project/Program Management, Customer Enablement or SaaS implementation.\nExperience leading enterprise client onboarding and adoption programs.\nStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nExperience working with Agile/Scrum environments.\nKnowledge of digital marketing, MarTech or advertising technology.\nHands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps or Confluence.\nExcellent communication, presentation and documentation skills.\nAbility to manage multiple concurrent client engagements.\nPractical experience using AI tools to improve delivery, reporting, documentation or workflow efficiency.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with AI-powered platforms.\nExposure to GitHub/GitLab.\nBackground in content strategy or knowledge management.\nExperience working with global stakeholders and distributed teams.\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related
