Candidates must reside in a commutable distance to one of our hub locations in Detroit (Troy) or Chicago.\nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nDevelop and manage project scope \nDevelop and manage project schedules \nDevelop and manage estimates \nManage budgets and billing \nPerformance Expectations:\nProject Scopes\nDefine Project Scope in concert with Account Management \nClearly communicate goals, expectations, and key information to team \nDefine and evaluate project success \nIdentify and manage project risks \nWork with team to troubleshoot and resolve issues \nDevelop and communicate internal status reports and meeting notes \nProject Schedules\nMaintain accurate schedule through lifecycle of project \nManage projects to scheduled milestones \nCommunicate schedule risks upon detection and work with team to mitigate \nClearly communicate key project miles stones to all team members \nEstimates\nUtilize existing data where possible to inform project estimates \nDevelop estimate templates based on common project scopes \nEffectively manage scope creep by issuing change controls \nCommunicate estimate risk upon detection and work with team to mitigate \nBudgets and Billing\nBilling liaison: Responsible for budget management, weekly billing meetings, and follow up w/ Client Leadership teams regarding outstanding financial issues. \nSKILLSETS REQUIRED:\nBachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business or related field \n1-3 years of marketing or advertising experience, agency experience preferred \nInterest in the Project Management discipline \nStrong background in digital media including custom website page development, native advertising, digital display ads, search, email, and social media \nProficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint \nAbility to manage time, adhere to strict timelines, multitask and work well under pressure \nDetail orientation and ability to ensure that projects are developed in line with client’s brand style and guidelines \nProactive nature in the seeking of work/responsibility \nDependability in execution of work and as member of assigned team \nEnthusiastic, solution-oriented attitude in accepting work/new challenges \nDesire to learn all aspects of the assigned client scope of work and tactics; digital knowledge (banner ads, etc.) is a plus \nEffective interpersonal skills working well across functions \nConscientious work ethic \nAdditional Information\nThe Power of One starts with our people!
