United by our core values and our purpose of helping people thrive in the brave pursuit of next, our 20,000+ people in 53 offices around the world combine experience across technology, data sciences, consulting and customer obsession to accelerate our clients’ businesses through designing the products and services their customers truly value.\nOverview\nPublicis Sapient is seeking a Manager, Program Management to join the PMO supporting a large-scale business and technology transformation.\nThis is a highly hands-on role for someone who excels at creating structure, maintaining detailed plans, coordinating multiple stakeholders and ensuring that actions and commitments move forward.\nThe Manager will own the day-to-day management of an assigned program or workstream and work closely with senior program leadership, client stakeholders, third parties and globally distributed teams.\nYour Impact:\nOwn the day-to-day program management of an assigned transformation workstream.\nBuild, maintain and actively manage detailed bottom-up project and program plans.\nTrack milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, decisions, dependencies and actions.\nEnsure commitments have clear owners and proactively follow up through completion.\nCoordinate activities across internal teams, client stakeholders, third parties and globally distributed delivery teams.\nIdentify program risks and dependencies early and escalate issues appropriately.\nPrepare accurate, concise status reporting for program leadership and client stakeholders.\nSupport governance meetings, working sessions and executive reviews.\nCreate clear, polished PowerPoint presentations that translate detailed program information into effective client communications.\nWork across multiple program areas while maintaining visibility into interconnected dependencies.\nHelp establish and continuously improve PMO processes, tools and working practices.\nSupport program leadership with planning, resource coordination and execution.\nTake ownership of assigned work rather than relying on senior leadership to drive routine follow-up.\nMaintain the level of execution rigor required for a complex, high-visibility transformation. \nQualifications\nYour Skills & Experience:\nStrong hands-on project or program management experience.\nExperience managing complex projects or individual workstreams within larger transformation programs.\nDemonstrated ability to build and maintain detailed delivery plans.\nStrong organization and follow-through with close attention to detail.\nExperience tracking risks, dependencies, decisions, deliverables and actions.\nStrong client-facing written and verbal communication skills.\nExperience coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders.\nAbility to manage competing priorities within a fast-moving environment.\nStrong PowerPoint and presentation-development capabilities.\nExperience working with globally distributed teams.\nAbility to operate effectively when requirements or program structures are still evolving.\nStrong problem-solving skills and comfort escalating issues when necessary.\nSet Yourself Apart With:\nExperience supporting AI or Generative AI programs.\nMarketing, advertising, media or consumer-products experience.\nUnderstanding of marketing processes, including research and insights, strategy development, campaign planning, content development or measurement.\nExperience with large-scale business or digital transformation initiatives.\nExperience coordinating offshore or India-based delivery teams.\nExperience managing external partners or third-party dependencies.\nExperience in complex consulting environments.\nAdditional Information\nSalary Range: $120,000 - $155,000\nThe range shown represents a grouping of ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient.
