You will be responsible for designing and scaling microservices that power our real-time execution algorithms, ensuring ultra-low latency, high availability, and strict adherence to risk and regulatory controls.\nCore Responsibilities:\nArchitecture & Development: Lead the design and implementation of distributed microservices using Java/Spring Boot tailored for high-frequency trading environments.\nAlgorithm Engineering: Collaborate with Quants and Product Managers to translate complex execution strategies into performant, production-ready code.\nPerformance Optimization: Conduct deep-dive performance tuning, GC optimization, and memory management to maintain sub-millisecond execution speeds.\nPlatform Governance: Design and enforce \"Safe Trading\" protocols, including pre-trade risk checks and automated circuit breakers within the microservices mesh.\nQualifications\nDomain Requirements:\nTrading Lifecycle: Deep understanding of the full trade lifecycle (Order Management, Execution, Clearing, and Settlement).\nExecution Algorithms: Proven track record of building or maintaining algorithmic engines and SOR (Smart Order Routing) systems.\nMarket Dynamics: Understanding of market data structures (L1/L2/L3 books) and regulatory requirements (MiFID II, SEC Rule 606).\nTechnical Qualifications:\nJava Expertise: Expert-level proficiency in Core Java (v17+ preferred), including advanced multi-threading, concurrency patterns, and the Java Memory Model.\nMicroservices Architecture: Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
