We are proud to power Publicis Groupe's ambition to build the world's best global integrated production offering.\nOverview\nThe Senior Creative Engineer designs and delivers high-quality digital creative assets across static and animated formats, leveraging Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects. Familiarity with InDesign is a plus.\nThe role combines strong visual design and advanced digital production skills with working knowledge of motion design and digital advertising standards. The role also contributes to scalable Figma systems, automation and AI-assisted creative workflows.\nAs a senior team member, the Senior Creative Engineer works autonomously, owns complex assignments from brief to delivery, ensures high quality standards, improves production workflows and supports less experienced team members.\nResponsibilities\nCreate and adapt static and digital campaign assets across multiple formats using Figma and Adobe suite Software \nBuild and maintain reusable components, templates, libraries and scalable production systems using Figma.\nCreateHTML5 Banners using either Adobe Animate or develop and adapt HTML5 banners using HTML5, CSS and JavaScript.\nCreate digital animations using CSS/JavaScript/GSAP and apply motion-design principles, with working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.\nTranslate master creatives into scalable multi-format executions while maintaining brand consistency.\nAssess briefs, production constraints and technical requirements, recommending appropriate solutions.\nOptimize and test assets for quality, file size, performance, browser compatibility and platform requirements.\nIdentify opportunities to improve production through automation and AI-assisted creative workflows.\nWork closely with Project Managers, Art Directors, designers and other stakeholders throughout production.\nTake end-to-end ownership of complex assignments, anticipate risks and ensure quality and deadlines.\nDocument best practices and provide guidance and technical support to less experienced team members.\nQualifications\n Documented experience in digital creative production, creative engineering or digital advertising.\nProven experience producing digital campaigns (static and animated campaign assets)\nAdvanced Figma skills, including components, variants, Auto Layout, libraries and reusable templates.\nStrong digital and static creative production skills with excellent visual-design fundamentals.\nWorking knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript for digital advertising.\nExperience with CSS animation and/or GSAP.\nStrong Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator\nWorking knowledge of Adobe After Effects and motion-design principles.\nUnderstanding of digital formats, asset optimization, web constraints and advertising specifications.\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted creative workflows, including prompting, image generation and refinement.\nStrong QA and troubleshooting skills\nFamiliarity with JIRA or similar collaboration tools.\nAdditional Information\nOpportunity to develop in a stable company with an
