You will work closely with analytics consulting, cross-functional partners, and global delivery teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions, ensuring high-quality and efficient execution across a distributed team model.\nAs a senior team member, you will guide analytical approaches, ensure rigor and quality, and help evolve procedures while operating within a modern, platform-enabled data science ecosystem.\nResponsibilities\nPartner with business collaborators, analytics consulting, and client delivery teams to define analytical approaches and deliver solutions\nDesign, develop, and deliver analytics solutions, including segmentation, targeting, and data-driven insights\nApply statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to drive customer-level insights (e.g., churn, CLV, propensity, attribution)\nDesign and analyze experiments (A/B testing, incrementality, causal inference) to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI\nCommunicate complex analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences\nFind opportunities to standardize analytics approaches through reusable methodologies and frameworks\nCollaborate closely with offshore data science teams, including task prioritization, work allocation, and quality assurance of analytical deliverables\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring consistency in methodology, coding standards, and analytical rigor\nApply modern machine learning techniques and leverage emerging capabilities (e.g., Generative AI, advanced experimentation) where appropriate\nQualifications\n6-10+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related quantitative field\nStrong foundation in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data modeling\nExperience working with large-scale data environments (e.g., Databricks, Spark)\nProven ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions and actionable insights\nExperience working with distributed and offshore teams in a global delivery model\nStrong experience with experimental design and measurement (A/B testing, causal inference, marketing attribution)\nFamiliarity with data visualization and storytelling techniques to communicate insights effectively\nExperience working with cloud-based data environments (Azure, AWS) and data pipelines is preferred\nMaster’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (PhD a plus)\nHands-on coding experience in Python is required\nExposure to MLOps concepts and model lifecycle management is a plus\nFamiliarity with Generative AI / LLM applications for analytics and insights is a plus\nClick here to view how Epsilon transforms marketing with 1 View, 1 Vision, 1 Voice.\nAdditional Information\nWhen you join Epsilon, we’ll create something EPIC together.
