Predictively performing content that unlocks business growth in unprecedented ways.\nOverview\nIn Bogotá - Colombia, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager with over 5 years of experience leading adaptation, translation, and transcreation projects for creative assets across multiple markets. This role is responsible for coordinating digital, print, and audiovisual deliverables to ensure they are culturally and linguistically appropriate for each country, while maintaining alignment with brand guidelines, delivery timelines, and established budgets. The Senior Project Manager works cross-functionally with creative, production, account management, and language vendor teams, ensuring organized and efficient execution that meets quality standards in regional and global environments.Responsibilities\nCoordinate translation, transcreation, and cultural adaptation projects for different countries and markets.\n\nOversee the localization of digital, print, and audiovisual assets (including subtitles, dubbing, and voice-over).\n\nManage timelines, priorities, and basic budget tracking.\n\nCoordinate internal teams (creative, design, production, account) and external vendors (translators, recording studios, voice talent).\n\nEnsure compliance with brand guidelines, local regulations, and usage rights.\n\nMonitor deliverables and perform linguistic and operational quality control.\n\nIdentify risks and escalate issues in a timely manner.\n\nContribute to the continuous improvement of localization processes and workflows.\n\nQualifications\n5-6 years of experience in localization project management, translation, or regional production.\n\nExperience working with multiple markets or international teams (desirable).\n\nPractical knowledge of translation, transcreation, and content adaptation workflows.\n\nProficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com, or similar.\n\nBasic to intermediate knowledge of localization platforms such as Smartling, Phrase, memoQ, Trados, or similar.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets for tracking and reporting).\n\nFocus on quality, timely delivery, and results.\n\nExperience in a creative agency, production company, or advertising environment (desirable).\n\nAdditional Information\nWhat we offer:\nWe have an AI-based interaction and connection platform called Marcel, which includes e-learning tools such as Udemy and LinkedIn Learning, offering more than 30,000 courses on various topics where you can train according to your interests.
