This role combines hands-on software engineering with technical leadership, mentoring junior developers and helping define the evolution of our architecture and engineering practices.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain modern full-stack applications using TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Python. \nBuild AI-powered products leveraging LLMs, agent frameworks, MCP servers, and cloud-native architectures. \nDesign and implement scalable APIs, backend services, and integrations with internal and external platforms. \nDevelop and maintain systems that support conversational AI, orchestration workflows, and agent-based solutions. \nWork with data platforms including BigQuery, PostgreSQL, Redis, vector databases, and other analytical technologies. \nParticipate in architectural decisions, technical design reviews, and technology evaluations. \nLead code reviews and establish engineering best practices across the team. \nMentor and support junior developers, contributing to their technical growth and day-to-day guidance. \nCollaborate with architects, data engineers, AI specialists, product owners, and business stakeholders. \nContribute to CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, observability, security, and platform reliability. \nDrive software quality through automated testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives. \nQualifications\n6+ years of experience in software engineering. \nStrong experience with TypeScript and modern backend or full-stack development. \nExperience building applications with React and modern frontend frameworks such as Next.js. \nProfessional experience developing backend services using Python, Node.js, or similar technologies. \nExperience designing and implementing REST APIs and event-driven architectures. \nStrong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, scalability, and performance optimization. \nExperience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and analytical platforms such as BigQuery. \nStrong knowledge of Git-based development workflows and code review practices. \nExperience mentoring developers and providing technical leadership within engineering teams. \nSolid understanding of Clean Code, SOLID principles, testing strategies, and software engineering best practices. \nB2 English level or higher. \nNice to Have\nExperience building AI-native products using LLMs and Generative AI technologies. \nExperience with agent frameworks such as Google ADK, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar. \nExperience working with MCP (Model Context Protocol) ecosystems and AI tool integrations. \nExperience with vector databases, RAG architectures, and semantic search solutions. \nExperience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Cloud Run, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Firestore, or Vertex AI. \nExperience with FastAPI, Express.js, serverless architectures, and microservices. \nExperience with Redis, Celery, asynchronous processing, and distributed workloads. \nKnowledge of observability platforms, monitoring, logging, and production AI operations. \nUnderstanding of data governance, privacy, and AI security best practices. \nExperience in media, marketing, advertising technology, or data-driven digital products. \nAdditional Information\nWhy join us?
