Preferably with an internet product-based company.\n5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, building processes, testing, and operations experience\nShould have experience leading and mentoring highly capable team of engineers and ensure delivery on project timelines.\nShould have experience in System Design and Architecture (HLD/LLD).\nShould have experience building agents till deployment.\nStrong proficiency in Python with experience in LLM/agentic frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, crewAI, AutoGen). \nExperience with data structures or algorithms and strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals.\n Experience in professional software development experience, including demonstrated experience designing, building, and operating scalable, production-grade systems \nProficiency in one or more programming languages including, but not limited to Python,\nStrong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and processes.\nExperience in leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture and distributed systems.
