This is an operations-focused role, supporting the processes, programmes, and employee experience that help our people thrive. While you'll work closely with colleagues across the business, this is not a recruitment or Talent Acquisition role.\nWe're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving environments. Whether you're early in your career, changing direction, or looking to build experience within HR and people operations, this role offers broad exposure across the employee lifecycle.\nResponsibilities\nYou’ll be the friendly, reliable first point of contact for our people, helping make work life run smoothly.
