You'll partner closely with Account Service, Creative, Strategy and Production teams to optimise workflows, manage resources and keep projects moving from brief to delivery.\nIf you're a natural problem solver who loves planning, prioritisation and enabling great work, we'd love to hear from you.\nResponsibilities\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nOrchestrating agency workflow, managing resources and project priorities across multiple clients, campaigns and creative disciplines.\nDriving operational excellence, ensuring projects are scoped, briefed, scheduled and delivered efficiently from start to finish.\nLeading resourcing and capacity planning, identifying risks early and implementing practical solutions to keep teams productive and supported.\nPartnering with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between Account Service, Creative, Production and Operations to deliver exceptional client outcomes.\nChampioning process improvement, continuously refining workflows, tools and ways of working to enhance agency performance.\nSupporting business growth, helping teams deliver successful pitches, new business opportunities and award-worthy work.\nQualifications\nAbout You\nWe're more interested in your capabilities, mindset and experience than ticking every box.
