Overview

Epsilon Auto is seeking a full-time Web Designer to manage UI and UX across multiple high-profile automotive brand websites. As part of a growing team, you’ll create intuitive, visually compelling web experiences that balance user needs, brand consistency, and business goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain responsive websites, landing pages, and ongoing enhancements that improve usability, accessibility, and conversion performance.
• Create UI designs, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and digital assets in Figma, supported by Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
• Collaborate with developers, product stakeholders, and account teams to deliver consistent, brand-aligned experiences.
• Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides.
• Support motion design and interactive experiences as needed, and stay current on UX, UI, accessibility, and digital design trends.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• 4-5 years of professional experience in web, digital, or UI/UX design, including corporate or consumer-facing websites, with a strong portfolio of web design work.
• Expertise in Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration, supported by proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of mobile design, accessibility standards, and UX best practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and high design standards.
• Creative problem-solving skills focused on user and business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with automotive or enterprise-scale digital programs.
• Motion graphics or animation experience using After Effects.
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.
• Knowledge of front-end web technologies and development workflows.

Compensation Range: USD $53,960.00 - USD $71,610.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
