As part of a growing team, you’ll create intuitive, visually compelling web experiences that balance user needs, brand consistency, and business goals in a fast-paced environment.\nResponsibilities\nDesign and maintain responsive websites, landing pages, and ongoing enhancements that improve usability, accessibility, and conversion performance.\nCreate UI designs, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and digital assets in Figma, supported by Adobe Creative Cloud tools.\nCollaborate with developers, product stakeholders, and account teams to deliver consistent, brand-aligned experiences.\nDevelop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides.\nSupport motion design and interactive experiences as needed, and stay current on UX, UI, accessibility, and digital design trends.\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\n4-5 years of professional experience in web, digital, or UI/UX design, including corporate or consumer-facing websites, with a strong portfolio of web design work.\nExpertise in Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration, supported by proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and Illustrator.\nStrong understanding of mobile design, accessibility standards, and UX best practices.\nExcellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and high design standards.\nCreative problem-solving skills focused on user and business outcomes.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with automotive or enterprise-scale digital programs.\nMotion graphics or animation experience using After Effects.\nFamiliarity with design systems and component-based design.\nKnowledge of front-end web technologies and development workflows.\nAdditional Information\nThe Power of One starts with our people!
