Improvement: Identify\n opportunities to streamline workflows, strengthen documentation, and\n improve operational consistency across Global Learning.\n\nQualifications\n\n 1.5 years of experience in coordination, administration,\n learning operations, or a related field.\n\n A proactive, service-oriented mindset with the ability to work\n independently and collaboratively.\n\n Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder\n coordination skills.\n\n Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Excel,\n PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.\n\n High attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to\n manage competing priorities in a global environment.\n\n Experience with learning management systems, digital content\n platforms, or reporting and analytics tools is preferred.\n\nCareer Development\n\nThe role offers broad exposure to global\nlearning operations, technology, content, and analytics, with potential career\nprogression into areas such as Learning
