Our AI platform enables context-aware automation, RCA-based remediation, and agentic AI & conversational agents - driving autonomous, self-healing IT operations across multiple customer domains.\n\nAbout the Role : \n\nWe are looking to build a small, high-impact Forward Deployment Team that works closely with customers to deliver pilot implementations and proof-of-value deployments. The team's mission is to rapidly showcase compelling use cases using our AI platform.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Work directly with customers to understand business and technical problems and translate them into pilot use cases.\n\n- Design and build end-to-end pilot deployments using the platform, typically within short timelines.\n\n- Develop backend services, integrations, and workflows to support demo and pilot scenarios.\n\n- Leverage GenAI / LLM capabilities (APIs, prompts, embeddings, existing AI agents) to implement intelligent use cases.\n\n- Integrate platform with enterprise systems (ITSM tools, databases, cloud services, APIs).\n\n- Build or modify basic front-end components to support demos and customer workflows.\n\n- Collaborate with Product Engineering team to feed learnings back into the platform.\n\n- Support customer conversations by explaining architecture, trade-offs, and value.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience : \n\n- Backend development experience and hands-on coding with Python and/or Java.\n\n- Experience working with GenAI technologies, including LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI etc.), prompt engineering, RAG, and agent-based patterns.\n\n- Experience building integrations with enterprise systems (ITSM, observability, CRM, ERP, databases, cloud services).\n\n- Exposure to cloud-native architectures (microservices, containers), DevOps practices (CI/CD, IaC) and observability.\n\n- Front-end familiarity with JavaScript and React.\n\n- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in ambiguous, customer-facing environments.\n\n- Prior experience in customer-facing roles in engineering (solutions engineering, SRE, platform engineering) and support.\n\nEducation : \n\n- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a
