and notebooks people who have built, deployed, and maintained real systems powered by LLMs.\n\nYoull design and build production-grade AI applications where reliability, latency, cost, and evaluation matter as much as accuracy.\n\nTypical problems you may solve :\n\n- Designing retrieval pipelines for enterprise knowledge\n\n- Reducing hallucinations and improving response grounding\n\n- Building agent workflows and tool integrations\n\n- Scaling LLM applications on cloud infrastructure\n\n- Monitoring and evaluating model performance in production\n\n- Optimizing token usage, latency, and cost trade-offs\n\nCore Responsibilities :\n\n- Build backend services using Python\n\n- Develop and productionize LLM applications (RAG / Agents / Assistants)\n\n- Design prompt strategies, system instructions, and evaluation logic\n\n- Integrate vector databases and data pipelines\n\n- Work with cloud platforms to deploy scalable AI workloads\n\n- Collaborate with product and data teams to translate business problems into AI systems\n\n- Implement observability, testing, and guardrails for AI behavior\n\nRequired Skills :\n\n- Strong Python fundamentals (APIs, async processing, performance optimization)\n\n- Hands-on experience building applications using LLMs (OpenAI / open-source models)\n\n- Experience with RAG architectures and embeddings\n\n- Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain / LlamaIndex / similar orchestration tools\n\n- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, FAISS, etc.)\n\n- Cloud exposure (AWS / Azure / GCP) and containerized deployments\n\n- Understanding of prompt engineering, evaluation, and hallucination handling\n\n- Experience debugging production issues (latency, reliability, scaling)\n\nGood to Have :\n\n- Fine-tuning / adapters (LoRA / PEFT)\n\n- Knowledge graphs or semantic search\n\n- Model monitoring & evaluation frameworks\n\n- Working with streaming pipelines\n\n- Frontend integration for AI
