You will lead community strategies, guide other community managers, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless, brand-aligned experience for online audiences. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of social media trends, audience behaviour, and crisis management.\nResponsibilities\nCommunity Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute community engagement strategies tailored to each client’s brand, ensuring meaningful interactions and strong audience relationships.\nTeam Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of community managers, ensuring high-quality engagement, brand consistency, and adherence to best practices.\nEngagement & Moderation: Actively engage with communities across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Discord, Reddit, etc.), responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content in a brand-aligned voice.\nContent Collaboration: Partner with social media managers and content teams to inform content strategy based on community insights and feedback.\nSocial Listening & Insights: Monitor conversations, track brand sentiment, and provide actionable insights to enhance community engagement and brand reputation.\nCrisis & Reputation Management: Identify and address potential PR issues, escalate concerns, and implement proactive strategies to safeguard brand integrity.\nInfluencer & Advocate Engagement: Identify and nurture relationships with brand advocates, influencers, and key community members to amplify reach and engagement.\nAnalytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, analyze engagement metrics, and report on community health and campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.\nInnovation & Trendspotting: Stay ahead of emerging social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep our clients at the forefront of digital conversations.\nQualifications\n5+ years of experience in social media and community management, preferably within an agency setting.\nProven track record of developing and executing successful community engagement strategies.\nStrong leadership and team management skills.\nDeep knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.\nExcellent writing, communication, and storytelling abilities with a strong grasp of brand voice and tone.\nExperience with social listening tools (Sprout Social, Brandwatch, Meltwater, etc.).\nAbility to analyze data, draw insights, and present recommendations.\nCrisis management experience and ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.\nPassion for digital culture, emerging platforms, and online
