You’ll work collaboratively across design, UX, data and account teams to create clear, compelling, user-centred content that delivers connected, high-impact digital experiences.\nResponsibilities\nDesign and deliver high-quality content across key platforms, including messaging, navigation, IA, UX copy and calls to action\nEnsure content is clear, accessible, on-brand and optimised for both users and SEO\nUse research, analytics and testing to improve journeys, reduce friction and drive better experiences\nPartner closely with designers, UX, SEO and clients to shape content strategy, roadmaps and roll-outs\nSupport new product launches and ongoing optimisation through thoughtful planning and iteration\nQualifications\nProven experience as a Content Designer (agency experience welcome but not essential)\nStrong understanding of user-centred, evidence-based design\nConfidence working directly with clients and presenting your thinking\nExcellent writing, editing and proofreading skills across marketing and product content\nComfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders\nCalm, thoughtful and constructive - especially when tackling complex challenges\nAdditional Information\nDigitas has fantastic benefits on offer to all of our employees, full details of which are shared when you join.
