This role will be responsible for creating high-impact visual assets for digital and print media, ensuring brand consistency, visual quality, and adherence to creative guidelines.\nThe ideal profile combines creative thinking, strong design skills, and production ability, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop effective and innovative visual solutions.\nResponsibilities\nDesign and execute creative pieces for campaigns, digital content, print, and other formats.\n\nAdapt and resize assets for different channels and platforms.\n\nDevelop layouts, mockups, and visual proposals aligned with brand identity.\n\nPrepare and finalize files for digital and print production.\n\nActively participate in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews, bringing visual ideas.\n\nCollaborate with marketing, content, development, and production teams to ensure deliverables meet project objectives.\n\nMaintain visual consistency and graphic quality across all deliverables.\n\nSupport and guide junior profiles, sharing best practices and technical knowledge.\n\nStay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies.\n\nManage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.\n\nQualifications\n3-5 years of experience in graphic design, advertising, or similar creative roles.\nAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).\nAdvanced knowledge of Figma, including mandatory understanding of Figma Variables (Tokens).\nSolid experience in digital and print design, including final file preparation.\nKnowledge of branding, composition, typography, and visual storytelling.\nExperience in campaign adaptation and multi-format asset production.\nFamiliarity with tools such as XD or Sketch is a plus.\nKnowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or multimedia is desirable.\nIntermediate English level (B2).\nAdditional Information\nWe have an AI-based interaction and connection platform called Marcel, which includes e-learning tools such as Udemy and LinkedIn Learning, offering more than 30,000 courses on various topics where you can train according to your interests.
