We aspire to be the best creators of ideas that truly resonate with people.\nOverview\nAn Integrated Project Manager within Digital Marketing / CRM / WebOps / Brand Performance, acting as the coordination point across media, CRM, digital, and brand teams to ensure structured execution of digital initiatives.\nThis is a market-facing role supporting the Market Lead, ensuring:\nSmooth project execution\nStakeholder alignment\nClear tracking and reporting with business value\nAdoption of integrated ways of working\nResponsibilities\nProject & Operational Management\nPlan, track, and report on digital initiatives (media, CRM, web, data), managing risks, timelines, and dependencies.\nEnsure timely and high-quality campaign planning across all contributors.\nProvide structured updates, dashboards, and reports to the Market Lead and clients.\nCoordinate meetings, workshops, and follow-ups across local and central stakeholders.\nEnsure adherence to governance and tools, driving adoption within the local team.\nMarket Engagement & Alignment\nAct as the operational link between brand, media, CRM, and digital teams.\nSupport the Market Lead in embedding integrated ways of working, breaking silos.\nLiaise with central teams and PMO to manage dependencies and alignment.\nShare best practices, success stories, and case studies across markets.\nCollaboration & Enablement\nWork closely with Market Lead, Omnichannel Strategy Lead, and Analytics & Insights Lead.\nCoordinate with designers, copywriters, and digital experts (CRM, SEO).\nSupport onboarding, tools access, and resource alignment.\nEnsure reporting delivers clear business value (both local and central dashboards).\nSupport training, adoption, and consistent ways of working.\nQualifications\n 6-9 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or project management (agency or client side).\nStrong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.\nSolid understanding of media, CRM, and digital campaign execution.\nAbility to navigate complexity with attention to detail and structured problem solving.\nStrong relationship-building and influencing skills.\nFluent in English and Spanish.\nAdditional Information\nWhy join us?
