The Guest Relations Representative will ensure a positive face is presented to the external world on behalf of our agency customers, and will help the Facilities Management team create an inviting, pleasant, and safe place for employees to come to work. This position includes, but is not limited to, greeting visitors, clients, and employees, and providing direction as needed, as well as answering agency main phone numbers. This individual will also be charged with other administrative tasks as assigned.\nResponsibilities\nSupport Facilities team in maintaining the appearance of the office / reception area\nGreet and direct clients, outside visitors, and employees\nMaintain supplies required to create a welcoming environment (pantries, cafes, etc.)\nManage and maintain visitor systems in accordance with Groupe policy\nAnswer agency main contact phone numbers; provide assistance and guidance\nRespond to employee and external inquiries; provide information and resolve problems as necessary \nReport all safety issues\nProvide administrative backup support for Facilities Management team\nPerform other duties as assigned\nQualifications\n1-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area\nExcellent communication skills\nAbility to work with a wide variety of internal and external groups \nExperience working in a rapid and complex changing environment\nPassionate about providing outstanding customer service\nEnthusiastic and creative team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment\nDemonstrate ability to manage multiple, diverse tasks simultaneously\nHigh degree of energy, motivation and dedication to quality and excellence\nDemonstrate ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, with clients, employees, and other internal and external office visitors\nDemonstrate ability to collaborate effectively with all levels and functions\nAbility to maintain confidentiality\nAdditional Information\nAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
