Administrative Coordinator to support the end-to-end management of administrative processes related to interns and apprentices.\nThis role is key to ensuring smooth operations across onboarding, contract management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.\nResponsibilities\nAdministrative Management\nCreate, verify, and maintain administrative files (supporting documents, tracking sheets, internal records).\nPrepare and manage contractual documents (internship agreements, apprenticeship contracts, official forms).\nEnsure accurate creation and updates of employee records in internal HR systems.\nMaintain and update data across various tools and platforms.\nOnboarding & Employee Support\nCoordinate onboarding logistics (IT equipment, email accounts, system access, badges, etc.).\nAct as a point of contact for interns/apprentices to finalize administrative processes.\nEnsure all required documentation is complete and compliant before payroll processing.\nHR Operations & Coordination\nManage benefits enrolment processes (e.g. health insurance) and follow up on completion.\nMonitor contract lifecycle actions (extensions, terminations, certificates, final settlements).\nHandle administrative aspects of invoicing related to schools and training programs.\nLiaise with HR teams (especially Campus team) and external partners (schools, providers).\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Administration, Business, or related field.\nProven experience in an administrative or HR support role.\nStrong proficiency in Excel and ability to work across multiple tools and systems.\nKey Skills\nStrong organizational and prioritization skills.\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy.\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment.\nReliable, adaptable, and proactive mindset.\nAnalytical thinking with a willingness to understand operational needs beyond
