This role involves leading a multidisciplinary creative team to produce high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand’s vision and strategic goals. The Lead Designer will provide mentorship, manage design projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand representation.\nResponsibilities\nLead and inspire the design team to develop outstanding visual concepts for brand campaigns, product launches, and diverse digital and print media channels.\nEnsure consistent visual identity across all creative outputs, adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining design excellence.\nSupervise design projects from initial concept to final execution, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.\nFacilitate design reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance and creative output.\nStay updated with the latest design trends and tools to ensure the team’s creative outputs remain innovative and competitive.\nCollaborate closely with marketing, content, and development teams to align design concepts with strategic project goals.\nConduct workshops and training sessions to foster skill development and encourage creative experimentation within the team.\nEngage in strategic planning, understanding marketing initiatives and target audience to deliver compelling design solutions.\nPresent design concepts and strategic approaches to stakeholders, adapting communication style to various audiences.\nOversee the creation of prototypes, storyboards, and mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.\nQualifications\nProven leadership experience in a design role, with the ability to manage and inspire a team of designers.\nExpert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other industry-standard design tools.\nStrong portfolio demonstrating extensive experience in delivering high-impact design for both digital and print media.\nExcellent understanding of typography, color, and composition principles.\nStrong ability to conceptualize and implement innovative design solutions, with a keen eye on emerging trends.\nExceptional communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).\nAbility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nOpenness to feedback and collaboration, with a proactive approach to improving team dynamics and project outcomes.\nKnowledge of motion graphics and experience working across various media formats is a plus.\nKnowledge and experience working with Figma.\nAdditional Information\nWhat We Offer\nAccess to Marcel, our AI-powered connection platform featuring top-tier e-learning tools like Udemy and LinkedIn Learning.
