The ideal candidate will enjoy working flexibly across a mix of print, motion and digital channels.\nResponsibilities\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and develop high-impact PowerPoint presentations, including master templates, layouts, and visual storytelling frameworks\nCreate compelling infographics and data visualisations that simplify complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals\nDevelop social media assets aligned to Publicis Groupe’s brand and thought leadership agenda, including social-first video formats\nFilm and edit video content, delivering high-quality content and video stings for digital channels\nProduce branded assets across a range of touchpoints, including reports, event materials, internal communications, and campaigns\nEdit and produce video content, including short-form social assets and internal communications pieces\nSupport basic animation and motion graphics to enhance storytelling and engagement\nEnsure consistency and excellence in brand application across all outputs\nCollaborate with regional stakeholders while independently managing timelines and priorities\nQualifications\nWho You Are\nA self-starter who can manage workload independently and deliver to deadlines without constant direction\nHighly detail-oriented, with a strong eye for typography, layout, and visual consistency\nAdaptable and solutions-focused, comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities\nCurious and future-facing, with a proactive approach to learning and integrating new tools, particularly in AI-driven design and content creation\nA strong communicator who can interpret briefs and translate them into compelling visual outputs\nSkills & Experience\nExperience in a design role, ideally in an in-house, agency, or regional environment\nAdvanced proficiency in PowerPoint and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)\nWorking knowledge of video editing tools (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar)\nExperience in basic animation and motion design\nFamiliarity with AI-powered creative tools and a willingness to continuously upskill\nStrong portfolio demonstrating presentation design, branding, and digital content\nAdditional Information\nGenerous leave entitlements, including birthday leave, rest day and family care leave.\nOffice closure for World Mental Health Day 10th October.\nAdditional Company closure for all 4 major festive Celebrations\nCashless comprehensive medical coverage, including access to a panel clinic, dental and optical care.\nLife and personal accident insurance and group hospitalization and surgery.\nA hybrid working schedule and with Friday disconnects.\nRest Relax & Recharge -
