This role will be responsible for developing dynamic visual pieces for social media, web, broadcast, and other formats, ensuring high-quality creative executions aligned with brand objectives and delivery timelines.\nThe ideal profile combines strong animation skills, visual judgment, and an understanding of content behavior on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. Additionally, they should feel comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative, high-volume environments.\nResponsibilities\nDesign and animate motion graphics pieces for digital campaigns, social media, web, broadcast, and OOH.\n\nCreate typography animations, transitions, end cards, and other audiovisual elements.\n\nDevelop static mockups for approval prior to animation.\n\nCreate and optimize templates in After Effects for scalable production processes.\n\nCollaborate with Creative Directors and creative teams to ensure consistency and visual quality.\n\nManage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.\n\nActively participate in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews.\n\nUse AI tools to optimize creative and production processes.\n\nMaintain proper file organization and production workflows.\n\nQualifications\n3-5 years of experience in Motion Design at agencies, creative studios, or in-house teams.\n\nAdvanced proficiency in After Effects, including MOGRT template creation.\n\nProficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Cinema 4D.\n\nStrong experience in typography animation, shape layers, and transitions.\n\nGood visual judgment, composition, and storytelling skills.\n\nExperience creating content for social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.\n\nKnowledge of audiovisual production workflows and file organization.\n\nInterest in and knowledge of AI-powered creative tools such as Runway, Kling, Pika, or similar.\n\nOrganized, proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work under pressure.\n\nCollaborative mindset and commitment to continuous learning.\n\nAdditional Information\nWe have an AI-based interaction and connection platform called Marcel, which includes e-learning tools such as Udemy and LinkedIn Learning, offering more than 30,000 courses on various topics where you can train according to your interests.
