For the right person we will train on the data and technical side making this a great opportunity to grow and kick start your career in software.\nWe are looking for an experienced people team leader to manage and grow a Technical Data Operations team within an assigned workstream. ensuring high-quality product data is delivered across both new client implementations and ongoing BAU programmes.\nYou will take ownership of workstream planning, prioritisation, and delivery quality, ensuring effective resource allocation, effective escalation management, and consistent performance against SLAs.\nThe ideal candidate brings strong people leadership experience and a proven track record of managing junior teams in a deadline-driven environment.
