Predictively performing content that unlocks business growth in unprecedented ways.\nOverview\nIn Bogotá - Colombia, we are looking for a Production Planner to plan, coordinate, and execute audiovisual production projects, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations and business objectives. This role requires strong expertise in production workflows, vendor management, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination within dynamic agency environments\nResponsibilities\nReview and scope brief requests to determine the resources required for audiovisual production.\nIdentify and coordinate the appropriate internal and external talent based on the requirements of each creative concept.\nPrepare, control, and manage approved project budgets in accordance with the requirements defined for each production.\nOversee and monitor post-production projects to ensure high-quality deliverables are completed on time.\nManage and oversee vendor creation and setup in the Advertmind system.\nPlan and coordinate the full pre-production process to ensure all requirements derived from the creative concept are properly addressed.\nDevelop and monitor project timelines in line with production needs and delivery schedules.\nEnsure approved projects are created and tracked in Advertmind.\nFollow up on vendor onboarding and payment processes for all vendors involved in each project.\nSupport brief development in collaboration with account teams and creative agencies.\nEnsure compliance with all local and global company policies, processes, and procedures related to human resources, labor, finance, technology, administration, legal matters, and others established by the company.\nEnsure compliance with human resources administrative processes related to payroll updates, including medical leave documentation, vacation approvals, absenteeism information, workstation handovers, and clearance forms, among others, in accordance with company timelines.\nLead, promote, and exemplify the values and attributes of Publicis Groupe culture, ensuring team harmony and synergy based on respect for and appreciation of differences.\nQualifications\nMinimum 5 years of experience in similar roles within production or advertising environments.\nStrong knowledge of audiovisual production processes, including pre-production, production, and post-production. \nExperience in budget planning, cost control, and financial follow-up.\nAbility to manage vendors, production companies, and stakeholders effectively.\nProficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).\nStrong analytical, organizational, and planning skills with a high level of ownership. \nAbility to work in fast-paced environments, managing multiple projects simultaneously. \nStrong communication and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional teams and clients.\nEnglish proficiency C1\n\nAdditional Information\nWe offer benefits such as hybrid work, employee fund, life insurance, and a birthday day off.
