Key project delivery responsibilities include oversight of full project lifecycle from inception to implementation to delivery with the ability to manage multiple project tracks and teams. The Project Manager will participate in the estimation, risk and resolution, status reporting process, and ensure that the team meets their commitments.\nResponsibilities\nEstablish positive, trust-based relationships with Offshore and Onshore team members\nEffectively prioritize their own tasks\nOwn the creation of documentation of projects and present improvement ideas\nParticipate actively in team meetings aiding in tasks estimations and provide accurate risks assessments.\nProactively participate in knowledge transfer and ramp up of new team members\nManage difficult situations by proactively seeking solutions within the team\nProactively seek feedback and create action plans based on it.\nOwn their tasks and their impact within their account.\nCreate craft strategies and approaches\nParticipate proactively in the Craft initiatives such as creating and or presenting workshops\nDevelop and implement innovation of world class business process workflows, and next generation process technologies for Publicis clients.\nSupport the discovery, design, recommendation, development, implementation, and on going support of client process workflows\nParticipate in the continuous growth of the organization’s collaborators\nEnsure the continuous improvement of the processes related to the accounts, projects and teams in which they are involved.\nParticipate in the Performance program as a Performance manager\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree/technical degree completed or equivalent experience.\nFormal education in Software Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Business Administration/Marketing/Advertising degree or related fields.\nCertification in PMI (CAPM, PMP), Agile (Scrum Master, Product Owner, Scaled Agile), Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt) - is a plus.\nExperienced in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) Office tools, Project Management tools and digital marketing.\n5+ years of experience working on related fields.\nAdditional Information\nWe have an AI-based interaction and connection platform called Marcel, which includes e-learning tools such as Udemy and LinkedIn Learning, offering more than 30,000 courses on various topics where you can train according to your interests.
