Their mission will focus on supporting the planning, coordination, and supervision of marketing project execution, ensuring alignment with established budgets and timelines, as well as developing project objectives and scope in collaboration with the client and the agency’s internal teams.Responsibilities\nDevelop a detailed project plan that includes resource allocation, activity timelines, and key project milestones.\nCoordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external teams involved in the project to ensure alignment on deliverables and deadlines.\nManage project risks proactively, identifying and resolving potential issues or improvement opportunities throughout execution.\nMonitor project progress to ensure objectives, deliverables, and budgets are met, addressing any deviations from the original plan.\nEnsure effective meetings, task delegation, budget management, delivery tracking, KPI monitoring, and reporting for optimal project execution.\nConduct client meetings, provide status updates, and integrate client feedback into the project workflow.\nEvaluate projects upon completion to identify areas for improvement.\nReceive briefs and oversee their follow-up and execution.\nEnsure compliance with company processes, policies, and procedures at both local and regional levels.\nQualifications\nStrong leadership, customer service, analytical, negotiation, planning, and follow-up skills, with experience working with major advertisers and proficiency in project management tools.\nProficiency in project management platforms such as Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, and CORE, relevant to the role.\nKnowledge of both agile and traditional project management methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall, among others.\nFamiliarity with regulations and guidelines related to social media advertising, data privacy, and transparency in influencer collaborations.\nAdditional Information\nWhat We Offer\nAccess to Marcel, our AI-powered connection platform featuring top-tier e-learning tools like Udemy and LinkedIn Learning.
