Predictively performing content that unlocks business growth in unprecedented ways.\nOverview\nIn Bogotá, Colombia, we are looking for a Producer with 4+ years of experience in digital production, advertising, or marketing agencies. The mission of this role is to coordinate and oversee the different stages of the digital production process, ensuring efficient workflows, optimized timelines, and high-quality deliverables. This professional will work closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee the successful execution of projects, maintaining agency standards while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction. Through strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective resource management, the Producer will contribute to the timely delivery of outstanding work that drives business results and long-term value for clients and the organization.Responsibilities\nIdentify project’s strategic objectives.\nOversee projects from offline to online delivery for various production types and deliverables, ensuring quality control.\nWork with project team and Craft Leads to translate project vision into requirements and solution design.\nAid in developing and organizing support materials for production team and client meetings.\nInteract with other departments to meet agency and client needs.\nManage delivery of final assets to trafficking partners.\nAnalyze and ensure best practices.\nIdentify and eliminate obstacles threatening project viability within the organization.\nRelay timely updates to managers, client contacts, and impacted team members.\nAllocate and organize internal resources for successful project completion.\nTrack Digital Studio resources based on availability and skill sets.\nLead weekly account team status meetings and participate in daily status meetings with other teams to assess resource availability.\nHandle bidding, scheduling, and billing of projects.\nAssist with production support, research, organization, and reporting.\nQualifications\nStrong leadership and production team coordination skills. \nExcellent project planning, organization, and timeline management. \nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments. \nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills. \nNegotiation and vendor management capabilities. \nProblem-solving and decision-making skills. \nResults-oriented with strong attention to detail. \nAdaptability, accountability, and ability to work under pressure.\n.\nAdditional Information\nWe offer benefits such as hybrid work, employee fund, life insurance, and a birthday day off.
