Your mission will be to support the planning, coordination, and supervision of project execution in Production, considering the budget and established timeline, as well as creating project objectives and scope in collaboration with the client and internal teams of the Production company.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop a detailed project plan that includes resource allocation, activity schedule, and project stages.\nEffectively coordinate and communicate with internal and external teams involved in the project to ensure alignment on deliverables and deadlines.\nManage project risks proactively, identifying and resolving potential issues during project execution.\nTrack project progress, ensuring that agreed objectives, deliverables, and budgets are met, and manage any deviations from the original plan.\nEnsure meetings, task delegation, budget management, delivery and tracking of performance indicators, and reporting for optimal project execution.\nConduct meetings with clients and provide status reports, integrating client feedback into the project workflow.\nEvaluate projects upon completion to identify improvements.\nReceive briefs for monitoring and managing their execution.\nEnsure compliance with the company's processes, policies, and procedures at both local and regional levels.\n\nQualifications\nLeadership skills, customer service, analysis, negotiation, planning, monitoring, experience with major advertisers, and proficiency in project management tools.\nProficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, and CORE related to their performance area.\nKnowledge of agile and traditional project management methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall, among others.\nEnglish proficiency (C1)\nAdditional Information\nWe have an AI-based interaction and connection platform called Marcel, which includes e-learning tools such as Udemy and LinkedIn Learning, offering more than 30,000 courses on various topics where you can train according to your interests.
