The mission of this role will be to conceptualize and execute high-quality creative solutions across both digital and print media, ensuring all deliverables are aligned with brand strategy, creative standards, and client objectives within a global production model.\nResponsibilities\nConceptualize, design, and develop creative assets across digital and print formats, including editorial content and production-ready materials.\nActively participate in ideation sessions, brainstorming, and creative reviews, contributing strong conceptual thinking and innovative solutions.\nDeliver high-quality visual design across multiple formats such as websites, emails, banners, printed materials, editorial layouts, and campaign assets.\nDevelop and adapt key visuals across channels, ensuring brand consistency and visual excellence.\nLead the execution of editorial and print pieces, ensuring compliance with technical production and prepress requirements.\nPrepare final print-ready files, ensuring correct setup (color profiles, resolution, bleed, file formats, and technical specifications).\nExecute creative production tasks such as image retouching, illustration, infographics, presentations, basic animations, and design adaptations.\nCollaborate closely with creative, marketing, and development teams to deliver user-centered and business-aligned solutions.\nEnsure all deliverables are aligned with brand guidelines, creative direction, and strategic objectives.\nMentor and support junior designers, promoting best practices and high-quality standards across the team.\nPresent creative proposals and effectively communicate design decisions to stakeholders.\nStay up to date with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies.\nQualifications\nMinimum of 5years of experience in creative design, with strong expertise in both digital and print/editorial environments.\nProven experience in visual design, web design, and creative production.\nStrong experience working across multiple formats and media (digital, print, editorial).\nSolid knowledge of prepress and graphic production processes.\nStrong understanding of typography, color, composition, and layout principles.\nAbility to develop creative concepts and visual storytelling.\nA strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of digital and print design projects.\nProficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Sketch, and similar.\nKnowledge of motion graphics, UX, or front-end development is a plus.\n Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher).\nAdditional Information\nAccess to Marcel, our AI-powered connection platform featuring top-tier e-learning tools like Udemy and LinkedIn Learning.
