Contributes towards automation, process improvement and efficiency. Demonstrates innovative thinking, passion, and cross team collaboration. Establish strong working relationship with partners and coach junior data scientists in the team.\nClick here to view how Epsilon transforms marketing with 1 View, 1 Vision and 1 Voice.\nResponsibilities\nDeliver end to end Data Science projects including understanding of business requirements, exploratory data analysis, data processing, aggregating data, feature engineering, building, and validating predictive models, explaining model results and insights.\nUse AI, ML, DL techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, tree-based algorithms, support vector machine, and neural networks, recommender system, attribution modeling to address business problems.\nImprove upon existing methodologies by developing new data sources/features, testing model enhancements, and fine-tuning model parameters.\nProvide requirements to develop analytical capabilities, platforms, and pipelines.\nPresent insights and recommendations to audiences of varying levels of technical sophistication\nAutomate processes to ensure scalability of solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams.\nCoach junior data scientists and support delivering projects.\nQualifications\nMaster’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics). \n5-7 years of experience as a Data Scientist deploying Data Science projects.\n5+ years of coding skills in Python, PySpark, and SQL. \nDeep understanding and hands-on experience with ML and DL Algorithms.\nGood understanding of LLM, Gen AI, Databricks and Cloud Systems (AWS or Azure).\nExperience of working with large data sets and developing scalable solutions.\nKnowledge of Automotive Business and Digital Marketing Campaigns are preferred. \nAbility to work independently and deal with ambiguity.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent presentation and communication skills.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nHighly motivated and collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.\nAdditional Information\nEpsilon is a global data, technology and services company that powers the marketing and advertising ecosystem.
