This is an energetic, collaborative team that partners with an analytics-driven client to provide guidance as they continue to grow and evolve their brand.\nResponsibilities\nManage planning initiatives and collaborate with various teams to execute plans across various channels including digital, tv, audio, social, programmatic and more\n\nOwn tactical plan development, recommendation building, and negotiations across their respective channels\n\nCollaborate and foster relationships with key partners including clients, internal teams, and leadership\n\nLead strategic planning initiatives including: deck writing, budget and channel allocation, and audience development\n\nAnalyze data to inform purchase and channel allocation\n\nDevelop guidelines & budget allocations\n\nOversee day-to-day campaign execution and be responsible for ensuring campaigns deliver on KPIs\n\nSupport development of strategic approach and experience design by delivering channel ideas and providing the link to reality of historical performance and in-market opportunities\n\nResponsible for management and development of Associates and Senior Associates\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree preferred, preferably with a concentration in marketing, advertising, communications, business, sociology, or consumer insights\n\n3+ years of experience in media planning experience across media channels\n\nStrong digital media experience preferred\n\nResourceful, curious, and motivated individual with an ability to work independently as well as in a team setting\n\nStrong organizational, communication, and time-management skills\n\nDetail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong understanding of Excel and PowerPoint\n\nExperience working within media systems/platforms (Kantar, MOAT, Prisma, ComScore etc.)\n\nAdditional Information\nStarcom is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
