If you are motivated by ownership, growth, and helping shape what comes next, this role offers the platform and support to do that.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDrive and execute the Activate sales strategy in Germany across a defined portfolio of advertisers and independent agencies\nWin and onboard new clients, generating sustainable and profitable revenue aligned with PubMatic’s strategic and yield objectives\nBuild trusted, senior-level relationships with brands and agency decision-makers, positioning PubMatic as a long-term strategic partner\nDevelop creative and commercially strong solutions that translate complex programmatic capabilities into clear business outcomes\nPartner closely with Client Solutions, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams to deliver effective activation and innovation\nSupport and enable generalist sellers to represent Activate with confidence, strengthening team capability and independence\nRepresent PubMatic at industry events, contribute market insight, and help expand our presence in Germany\nWhat You’ll Bring\nExperience in sales or business development within advertising technology, ideally within a DSP or advanced buying platform\nStrong understanding of programmatic buying, real-time bidding, and the demand-side ecosystem\nEstablished relationships with senior stakeholders across advertisers and independent agencies in Germany/DACH\nTrack record of winning new business and developing long-term client partnerships\nConfidence presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders, supported by strong communication skills and sound judgment\nTechnical fluency and interest in how AI and emerging technologies are shaping the future of programmatic advertising\nComfort working in a changing environment, with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving\nFluent German, both written and spoken.\nInclusive Closing Statement\nWe welcome applications from people with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. Final offers are determined using objective, non-discriminatory criteria such as experience, skills, and location.
